Tariff Deadline Day

Today is deadline day that President Trump requested countries to give their best offers on trade negotiations. The Trump administration is looking for countries best proposals including tariff and quota offers for the purchase of U.S. industrial and agricultural products, commitments on digital trade and economic security, plans for remedying non-tariff barriers and country-specific commitments.

Trump posted on Truth Social, “I like President Xi of China, always have, and always will, but he is VERY TOUGH, AND EXTREMELY HARD TO MAKE A DEAL WITH!!!”
