Death Toll Over 100 in Texas Floods

The death toll rose to 109, including 30 children, in the central Texas flashfloods that ravaged in the overnight hours on July 4.
Camp Mystic, a Christian summer camp was in the middle of the devastating floods where heavy rain surged the Guadalupe River over 26 feet within an hour’s time.
There are still dozens of people missing, over 850 people have been rescued and search and rescue teams are tirelessly continuing their efforts by air, land and water.
The National Weather Service issued additional flash flood warnings due to slow-moving storms that could potentially drop several more inches of rain over this area of central Texas.
