Rock & Roll Hall of Fame 2025 Inductees

Ryan Seacrest announced the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame 2025 inductees on Sunday’s episode of American Idol.

The new class of inductees include female solo artist Cyndi Lauper, along with Bad Company, Chubby Checker, Joe Cocker, Outkast, Soundgarden and The White Stripes. 

Maria Carey, The Black Crowes, Billy Idol, Joy Division/New Order, Maná, Oasis and Phish didn’t make the cut for this year’s induction.

Individual artists or bands must have released its first commercial recording at least 25 years prior to the year of nomination to be eligible for induction. 

The entire induction ceremony will air live on November 8 from the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles and will be streamed on Disney+ with a next day arrival on Hulu. There will also be a condensed version to air on ABC, but the date hasn’t been announced yet.
