The Pittsburgh Pirates have fired manager Derek Shelton amid a seven game losing streak.
The Pirates are just 12-26 this season.
Since joining the Pittsburgh at the start of the 2020 season, Shelton posted a 306-440
record. With him at the helm the Pirates never won more than 76 games in a season.
