On February 10, 1996, world chess champion Garry Kasparov loses the first game against a computer. An estimated 6 million people watched online worldwide. Kasparov ended up winning 4-2 in the six-game match in Philadelphia at the World Chess Championship against the IBM computer – Deep Blue.
