The National Basketball Association (NBA) announced that Golden State Warriors forward Draymond Green has been fined $50,000 for "making an inappropriate comment that questions the integrity of game officials."
In Saturday's 102-97 game 3 loss to the Minnesota Timberwolves, Green was seen referencing the 5.5 closing spread.
Green fouled out of the game but was seen making a hand gesture and appeared to be discussing the betting line while Golden State was trailing by six points with about 15 seconds left. The Warriors would then go on to hit a three pointer to cover the spread.
