Mitsubishi SUV Recall

Mitsubishi is recalling nearly 200,000 vehicles over a software issue, which is causing the rearview camera to either freeze up or not display at all.

The Mitsubishi Outlander SUV (2022-2024) and Outlander PHEV SUV’s (2023-2025) models are specific to this recall. Mitsubishi is asking all owners of those vehicles to visit your local dealership for a diagnosis test. Any vehicle affected will be corrected free of cost.

Of the 198,940 vehicles, Mitsubishi believes only 1% of the cameras are affected.

There have been no injuries or deaths reported due to this software issue.
