McDonald’s Adding Permanent Addition to Menu

For the first time in four years, McDonald’s is adding a permanent item to their menu. The McCrispy Strips, the all white meat chicken tenders coated in crispy, golden-brown breading, will start making their way back to McDonald’s menus after being removed five years ago during the height of the pandemic.

McDonald’s is also adding a new sauce option to go with the strips, a Creamy Chili dip.

Alyssa Buetikofer, McDonald’s chief marketing and customer experience officer said, “The demand for chicken strips has been remarkable to see across the industry, so we knew we had to deliver something so craveable that it was worth the wait. We took our time, listened to our fans and created a product we knew they would crave.”
