Marlins Unveil New City Connect Uni's

The Miami Marlins have unveiled their new City Connect 2.0 uniforms calling them "retrowave." 

Marking the first time an MLB club included the area code in the design of the hat, the Marlins are sporting their Miami 305 digits. 

Miami says the new look pays tribute to the city's global influence and bold colors, while honoring the past, present, and future. 

The Marlins will be wearing the new threads for the first time this weekend against the Oakland Athletics, and then will wear them for every Saturday home game this season thereafter.
