London-Bound Air India Flight Crashes

An Air India passenger plane en route to London crashed within 5 minutes of take off. The Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner was carrying 242 passengers and crewmembers.

The plane went down in a residential area with offices; at a hostel for doctors near Ahmedabad airport and it is feared there may be some locals that could be dead as a result of the crash as well.

At this time, there doesn’t seem to be any survivors from the plane. An investigation and more information will come from the Flight Data Recorder (aka “black box”).
