Jack Betts has Passed Away

Actor Jack Betts who’s most famously known for his role in “Spider Man” died at the age of 96 on Thursday, June 19th.


Betts is also known for some of his many popular roles in “Falling Down,” “Batman Forever,” “GunSmoke,” “Seinfeld,” “Mad Tv,” “Everybody Loves Raymond,” “Friends,” “Frasier,” “My Name is Earl,” “The Mentalist” and “Monk,” to name a few.


Jack was famously close with “Everybody Loves Raymond” star Doris Robert’s and the two even shared a home together as well as attending many Hollywood events with each other until Robert’s passing in April 2016.


Betts nephew, Dean Sullivan told The Hollywood Reporter that his Uncle Jack died in his sleep and the cause of death is believed to be complications related to heart disease.
