After five days, the fourth escapee has been caught, leaving six still at large in New Orleans. Gary Price, 21, was found in an abandoned house in New Orleans East. Price is charged with first-degree murder, was being held without bond and waiting for trial. Price was transported to a secure state facility.

The escape is still under investigation, three prison employees are still suspended without pay and six inmates are still at large.

Ten prisoners escaped after midnight Friday from New Orleans Parish Justice Center through a hole in the wall behind a toilet. It is believed the inmates had inside help. Since 2013, the prison has been under a federal consent degree for issues including failing to meet federal standards, being understaffed and having funding issues. Recent requests to repair doors that the inmates escaped from have been made.

Over 200 law enforcement personnel are looking for the fugitives and the reward has grown to $20,000 for each man caught.
