The U.S. Army is pushing to improve and modernize war-fighting capabilities with committing to new technology advancements. They will increase drone availability with 1,000 drones per Army division, speeding up networks with Starlink, producing smart tanks and autonomous helicopters.

General Randy George said the Army is changing formations, they have been exercising with drones and the soldiers don’t have challenges with the new innovations.

A trillion dollars will be put into the Pentagon and they will focus on buying war-winning technologies.

The U.S. Army has been exceeding recruitment goals. In November and December, they were 108% of the target, in January, they were 114% of the target and in February, they were 115% of the target with some of the highest recruitment months still to come. General George said they are at more than 90%.

Dan Driscoll, Secretary of the Army said the 12-month retention goal has been met in only 6 months and believes it is due to President Trump and Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth’s leadership.
