Appeals Court Temporarily Reinstates Trump Tariffs

Just one day after a panel of three federal judges blocked several of President Trump’s tariffs, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit has granted temporary reinstatement. This ruling puts a pause on the lower court’s decision until at least June 9th.

Trump’s trade advisor Peter Navarro said, “Even if we lose, we will do it another way.”

Trump posted on Truth Social, “This decision is being hailed all over the World by every Country, other than the United States of America…Hopefully, the Supreme Court will reverse this horrible, Country threatening decision, QUICKLY and DECISIVELY.”
